1. Committed: Prepare yourself spiritually. Problem Solve. Partner with your Leader.
2. Core Task: To be determined by Ministry Leader (such as: serving food, visiting shut in, etc.)
3. Common Sense: Maintain proper appearance. Communicate details with leaders. Be consistent and on time.
